When we came to US, we didn't know where to go to eat out. We were new to all other cuisines except Indian and Chinese. We went to Indian restaurants and Chinese restaurants, but Chinese food in US is quite different from the food found in India. In India its the Indianised version of Chinese so most people call it Indo-Chinese food.
So, we had to adjust to the US version of Chinese food, which is also good. When we went to California last winter to my brother's home, we were introduced to Italian Food by him, he took us to Olive Garden Restaurant which is an Italian restaurant, and we liked the food and place both, especially the Garden salad provided by them along with the entrees.
We came back to our Arizona and tried the same restaurant Olive Garden at Flagstaff. We liked it and since then we are hooked to that restaurant, I especially go for the salad. It's delicious, I love it. Whenever we go there we eat the breadsticks and Garden salad and get our entrees packed in a box to take out.
So, now we are open to one more cuisine and let's see when we will gather courage to try another new cuisine.
